Big Man Blues
No one loved him when he was a boy
Discipline received instead of toys
Pleas for affection unrequited
A greedy lad emotionally benighted
America's Little Lord Fauntleroy.
In his prime, determined to annoy,
Acting tough for the hoi polloi
Alone at night he wondered why
No one loved him.
Now, in his dotage, hungry to destroy,
Shameless stooges eager to deploy,
He struts and stomps uninvited
And pleads in a voice overexcited:
Dammit love me.
